Homemade in house fresh pasta, fresh in house prepared desserts like Tiramisu made with real espresso coffee and imported Italian lady fingers. Our newly designed concept offers upscale Italian fare and classic favorites. Along with traditional sushi freshly made by our fantastic authentic trained sushi chefs. Try our own sushi creations like the "Big Daddy roll' filled with all our fresh fish and lightly tempura fried, or one of the traditional sushi creations like Tuna Tataki, prepared with "aaa grade" high quality tuna. A genuine top end chef, who has his name above the door. This is the real thing and they call him "chef" and mean it. Simple tagliatelle bolognese will prove the perfection and skill. It's absurdly delicious for something that sounds basic. It ain't! But as for stuff like the squid...if you enjoy calamari, his is fresh, made to order and tastes heavenly. Crunchy and yet fragrant when you bite through a batter better than tempura. The man's a culinary HERO! It means you will never like anywhere else's squid ..ever again. Unless that's in the Mediterranean.... awesome food...but a bit cramped and full..very few tables. I live very close by and have sat down but also taken away. Bushey is madly lucky to have Buono Italian.

What an amazing little gem for Bushey this place is!! There's a reason why they are fully booked every evening! Delicious Italian menu, with some clever twists on the classics. Inside is small and cozy, there is some outside seating as well.Prices are very reasonable and you can have any dish as a starter or main! Genius :)
